Blockchain and cryptocurrencies require people to study and understand the new concepts that are being put forward.
The new concepts are decentralization, immutability and trustless environments along with more technical terms such as consensus algorithms, including proof of work, proof of stake, proof of authority and so on. Horizon Africa, through its various educational initiatives, aims at bridging the gap and help people, companies and the government to properly understand the different concepts and its implications in different sectors, ranging from the legal aspect to the practical aspect.
